La película explora nuestros cambiantes estados de ánimo representados por tres de las mas talentosas surfers del mundo, las longboarders Roisin Carolan, Ivy Thomas y Hallie Rohr.
Filmado en la localización en la bahía de Byron, Snapper Rocks, la bahía del arco iris Lennox Head, la cabeza de Lennox, y el valle de Tweed.
